Hi George,

I'm not sure there are many hotspot developers on windows!  The toolchain
for build though is to use visual studio (2011/13/17 depending on your JDK
build version), so I'd recommend trying that and/or IntelliJ IDEA (which
some committers have managed to wrangle OpenJDK source code into).
