Native/Unit Test Development Guidelines

Dear all,

This is to inform you that the guidelines for hotspot test development with Google Test framework have been published on OpenJDK wiki[1]. I hope it will be useful for you and instrumental in getting more good tests and consequently higher quality of hotspot.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Kim, Jesper, Kirill Z and Dmitry F (and some other who I might forget) for their helps w/ creating and editing this document.
