Hello,

With the start of JDK 13 around the corner, please review the hotspot 
portions of:

     JDK-8205626: Start of release updates for JDK 13
     http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~darcy/jdk13-fork.2

Those updates include (but are not limited to) N -> (N+1) updates in:

     src/hotspot/share/classfile/classFileParser.cpp
src/jdk.internal.vm.compiler/share/classes/org.graalvm.compiler.replacements/src/org/graalvm/compiler/replacements/classfile/Classfile.java
