The fix is traversing from jdk/jdk10 -> jdk/jdk -> jdk/hs. It can be
directly exporterd from jdk/jdk and imported into jdk/hs if you can't
wait for the next sync down (which should be soon, we've been waiting
for some testing issues to settle down before muddying the waters with
more changes).
