Hi all,

could you please review this clean up in hotspot ProblemList?

8180324, 8173936, 8166548 are resolved, 8134286, 8175791 are closed an CNR, 8163805 is closed as WNF, 8179226 is a dup of 8180622, I have updated the ProblemList correspondingly. as a result 6 tests are un-qurantined (removed from the problem list), since we haven't run them for some time, there might be new (or old) failures. if they occur, new bugs should be filed and used to re-quarantine affected tests.
