RFR: 8203301: Linux-sparc fails to build after JDK-8199712 (Flight Recorder)

Hello!

After fixing 8203787 (Hotspot build broken on linux-sparc after 8202377),
the build on linux-sparc continues to be broken as a result of JDK-8199712
(Flight Recorder).

I now had a closer look at the problem and looked at the necessary changes
made for PowerPC and S390 on Linux [1]. I have adopted the changes for
SPARC on Linux, the resulting changeset can be found in [2]. Please review!

I am still in the process of doing a test build. The Sun Fire 2000 I am using
at the moment is a tad slow, so the test build isn't finished yet :(. I wanted
to put the changeset up for review anyway though and I will most likely follow
up with a second revision.

I hope we will have faster SPARC machines in Debian available in the near
future.
