OpenJDK wiki still points to old submit-hs repository

Hi Christian,
some small remarks:
- the sections "Should I close my branch?" and "How do I update my
branch with the latest upstream changes?" both miss "hg push" at the
end.
- also, as a suggested add: to get an overview about how many test
heads one has still open and maybe forgotten to close, one can use "hg
log -r "heads(all()) and not closed() and user('<user>') and not
branch(default)"
Best Regards, Thomas
