RFR JDK-8200135: test/hotspot/jtreg/compiler/jvmci/compilerToVM/GetExceptionTableTest.java is failing after JDK-8194978

Hi,

In JDK-8194978, the desugaring of try-with-resources in javac has been 
made more efficient. This also leads to less entries in the exception 
table. But the 
test/hotspot/jtreg/compiler/jvmci/compilerToVM/GetExceptionTableTest.java test 
is expecting a particular number of entries in the table, and so fails. 
The proposal here is to update the expected number of entries in the table.
