The only other part that I know of is part of Zero and deals with the odd stack
configuration on ia64. Since it's part of Zero, we do still need it.

The fact that with just this patch applied, Zero builds and works fine on ia64,
makes me confident that this is the only cruft that is still left to be
removed.
