Hi,

Please review the backport of ' JDK-8164480: Crash with assert(handler_address == SharedRuntime::compute_compiled_exc_handler(..) failed: Must be the same' to jdk8u-dev.
Please note that this is not a clean backport because file src/share/vm/jvmci/jvmciRuntime.cpp is not in jdk8u repo and I ignore this change as I am not seeing relevant code in other file.
