How to work with HotSpot

Hi all happy HotSpot developers!

I have moved a large part of the HotSpot wiki pages from our internal wiki to the OpenJDK wiki and aded some new stuff as well. I hope that these pages will be helpful both for describing how to do things, and for explaining some of our internal process that may affect how things work. You will find the start page here:
