RFR(XS):8202748: jtreg :hotspot_misc group shouldn't include vmTestbase tests

Hi 

Could you please review following tiny fix which just exclude vmTestbase/ directory from :hotspot_misc.
It contains recently open sourced vm testbase tests. There were no plan to add them into :hotspot_misc.
