No problem, pushed. I expect more breakages tomorrow morning, after other platforms/configurations
complete their builds.

That's easy: we have been asking Oracle folks to teach their CIs to build with
--disable-precompiled-headers in order to capture header weirdness early. While there is a reason to
build with PCH on developer machines saving human time, there seem to be no reason not to force
robots to pay a little extra.
