Summary: remove unused code

Tested with linux-x64 Zero build, and mach5 hs-tier1-2 on 4 Oracle 
platforms.

The reason for removing this old code is for initial work to support for 
concurrent weak methodData cleaning, ie, I didn't want to fix this code.
