CFV: New hotspot Group Member: Mikael Vidstedt

I hereby nominate Mikael Vidstedt (OpenJDK user name: mikael) to 
Membership in the hotspot Group

Mikael is managing the hotspot team at Oracle and has been working on 
JVMs (jrockit and hotspot) for almost 20 years, touching on everything 
from JIT compilers, operating system and CPU ports, JVMTI, a microkernel 
for Java, and more recently Project Panama. He is also the project lead 
for OpenJDK Project Portola.

Votes are due by Monday, October 15th, 2018, 16:37 US Eastern time.
