CFV: New hotspot Group Member: Thomas Stuefe

I hereby nominate Thomas Stuefe (OpenJDK user name: stuefe) to
Membership in the HotSpot Group.

Thomas is one of the initial authors of the AIX/OS400 port, a jdk
project Reviewer and long term OpenJDK Contributor. Since 2015 he has
contributed more than 140 changes [3] and reviewed more than 240 [4]
mostly in the hotspot runtime area.

Votes are due by February 28, 2019, 18:00 CET.
Only current Members of the HotSpot Group [1] are eligible to vote on
this nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this
mailing list.
