8219918: ProblemList tests failing in SAP testing.

Hi,

in our testing we see a few tests failing at least since the jdk 11 release.
I opened bugs for these issues and would like to add them to
the ProblemLists for now:

I don't think any of these issues are critical.

runtime/ErrorHandling/ErrorHandler.java fails only in a single
test case, thus I would like to only exclude this one subtest
and edited the test.
