If this feature goes ahead then I assume module and package name for the 
API will be discussed. Given that it's a JDK-specific feature then I 
assume it will be in the jdk.* name space. The more significant part to 
this is the need for an application to notify the API that it has 
completed its warm-up, something that will need to explained in the JEP.
