Taking up maintainership for SPARC - JEP-362

Hello!

I have just been notified about JEP-362 [1] and would like to offer to be
the official maintainer of the SPARC ports of OpenJDK.

We're still using the Linux/SPARC port in Debian and therefore I would like
to help keeping the port in as long as possible. There might also be users
in the BSD world who are interested in the SPARC port.
