CFV: New HotSpot Group Member: Stefan Johansson

I hereby nominate Stefan Johansson to Membership in the HotSpot
Group.

Stefan has been a JDK Reviewer and member of the Oracle GC team for
many years, primarily working on G1. He has made many substantial
contributions [1] including the Parallel Full GC for G1 and G1
Abortable Mixed Collections.

Votes are due by Sunday, 26-July-2020 at 12h00 UTC.
