RFR: 8246926: Clean up newlines and whitespaces in hs_err files

The changes look good to me.
From a scraping tool's perspective, relevant info broken up in multiple
lines is 1000 times more difficult to process (you can't just grep anymore).

I think this change will make people's life a lot easier.
