Should this document perhaps go into the OpenJDK guide [0] instead of 
being on the wiki [1]? Since the OpenJDK guide resides in a repository 
[2], that would allow for updates (and reviews/discussions) using our 
standard contribution processes.

I personally find it easier to keep up with changes to the guide (by 
subscribing to guide-dev [3]) compared to following the wiki change history.
