Could you also please suggest us about jep-391.
Does Redhat would like to see macos-aarch64 support in openjdk11, or its better to leave users with Rosetta translator?

If jep-391 is welcomed into 11u, then it will need some parts of windows-aarch64 port (x18 exclusion).

That is in line with what we discussed previously.

That needn't worry you: we've never backported AArch64 to jdk8u, but that doesn't matter to anyone as long as it all works.

Microsoft do intend to do the backport on the Microsoft distribution of the OpenJDK, similarly to other features in other distributions. But instead of keeping everything internally, we much rather have this patch open to the community.

Even if the patch doesn't get integrated, what would be the best place to keep it in the open? Could we create a repo in the aarch64-port project [1], like a jdk11-windows repo for example? The same problematic will rise for macOS-AArch64.
