I'm not sure I understand the relevance of that comment. All that is required
is for someone to check the above expression carefully, and to make sure that
no-one breaks it in the future. (Which is *highly* unlikely, because that would
make the approximation worse.)

The author, works for Arm, right? So they should be able to check this without
very much trouble, and we're good.
