Oli mentioned `disjoint_arraycopy`. I found https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/6512. The PR mentions 'old' and 'latest' CPUs but it does not specify them. Was the PR tested on Cascade Lake? Also SPECjvm2008 was mentioned in the PR but without details. Microbenchmarks show single-thread improvements. Do you have any improvements in multi-threaded benchmarks, like SPECjbb, DaCapo or Renaissance? Maybe `disjoint_arraycopy` should not use AVX3 on Cascade Lake? Or `AVX3Threshold` should not be set to 0 for Cascade Lake?
