    Serguei is an OpenJDK reviewer and a member of the HotSpot
    serviceability team at Oracle.  He is lead for the serviceability
    project [1] and a technical lead in HotSpot. He has recently implemented
    JVMTI support for the Loom project.  He is already member of the OpenJDK
    members group.

    Votes are due by January 17, 2023.

    Only current Members of the hotspot Group [2] are eligible to vote on
    this nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this
    mailing list.
