Just because MSYS2 (or some other project) “needs" an OpenJDK port doesn’t mean the OpenJDK project
should be on the hook to provide it.  A port needs a maintainer organization that commits to providing
the necessary resources and can be trusted to follow through on that commitment.  (There are probably
other requirements, but that’s the first one.)
