Build and tier1 test are okay with this patch, except one new failure (it could be just a random failure, unrelated to this patch)
compiler/jsr292/ContinuousCallSiteTargetChange.java 

But @TheRealMDoerr I'm not sure about how to perform regression, will catch up with Tyler for it and post the result.
