Can you tell which Zero builds exactly? GHA Zero sanity checks look fine. 

My local Zero builds are fine with `make hotspot`:
 macosx-aarch64-zero-fastdebug
 macosx-aarch64-zero-release
 linux-x86_64-zero-fastdebug
 linux-x86_64-zero-release
