Merge Operation of iconst_0 and istore_0

hi all,
kindly ignore my english and technical writing please.
my project is to merge the operation of above mentioned two bytecode instructions and form a new superoperator or you may say superinstruction in openjdk.
I'm unable to understand which files need to be modified for this operation, can you please guide me in brief or send me some link / reference for any similar operation details.
