Subject: CFV: New HotSpot Group Member: Afshin Zafari

I hereby nominate Afshin Zafari (azafari) to Membership in the HotSpot Group.

Afshin is a Committer in the JDK project, and a member of the Oracle JVM Runtime team. He has fixed 42 issues including several significant changes in various parts of the JVM runtime and has lately focused on NMT improvements.

Votes are due by April 24, 2024.
