I split the tree into `rbTree.hpp` and `rbTree.inline.hpp`, which is similar to how `concurrentHashTable` works. The original file is now much more readable, with some additional added comments to the public functions. All the internal functions is hidden away in the inline file.

I also added a check to `verify_self()` which ensures that the tree is balanced, i.e. the upper bound of $2log_2(n+1)$ is never exceeded, which should have been checked for previously. Thanks @afshin-zafari for pointing it out.
