s390 and ppc failure are due to infrastructure. MacOS failure (timeout) isn't related to this change. 


TEST RESULT: Error. Program `/Users/runner/work/jdk/jdk/bundles/jdk/jdk-26.jdk/Contents/Home/bin/java' timed out (timeout set to 1200000ms, elapsed time including timeout handling was 1305366ms).
