RFR: 8344983: [PPC64] Rename ConditionRegisters [v2]

> PPC64 currently uses the names CCR0 to CCR7 for Condition Registers. This PR renames them as CR0 to CR7 matching the ISA. Build(release debug level) and testing are successful.
