This version is final. Sorry, @vnkozlov, I should have pinged you after doing the last change this morning.

I have run selected tests with COH and some basic sanity checks before. I am now running tests with COH right now, but I have not sufficient hardware resources :-( so I cannot run the full gamut, just hotspot_compiler. I have pinged the temurin folks but they are probably busy with other things. Sigh.
