The performance improvement from this change is not significant. The main purpose of the patch is to add better selection  for UseUVX across different models. 
Additionally, I noticed that the GHA build (debug) failed due to 'No space left on device,' which is related to disk space. Does it affect the patch submission? And how to solve it？
