Hi @theRealAph,

Sorry if I caused any confusion. This PR's branch contains the latest version and I believed it is ready for review: the AlwaysAtomicAccesses check was removed, `mem2reg_volatile` was refactored, `load_generic` was renamed to `load_relaxed`; also `jcstress` test suite had been run.

Could you let me know if there are any remaining changes you would like before approval?
