6786195: many nsk.monitoring tests fail with -server -Xcomp

Remove Universe::_fillerArrayKlassObj and the associated code that was
added as part of 6578152.  The exact cause of the failures isn't yet
known, but this problem is blocking integration into jdk7.  Prior to
the fix, 107 of 295 nsk.monitoring tests failed.  With the fix, all
295 tests pass.
