Hi Adam --

An early experimental version of G1 has been in the JDK 7 builds
for a couple of months now as the team works on making it
production-ready for a future, as yet undecided release.
Please experiment with it and provide us with feedback.
To enable G1, you will need to use the options:-

    -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseG1GC
