G1 feedback: frantic GC cycles

Hi,

I confirm that -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy was the key to avoid the
frantic cycles, as I never saw them again since I am using it, while
before I was seeing them several times a day.

Should I file a bug to track this issue ?
