Request for review (S): 7161545: G1: Minor cleanups to the G1 logging

Could I have a couple of reviews for this?

This includes four minor cleanups of the G1 logging:

* Rename "to-space-overflow" to "to-space-exhausted"
* Introduce one decimal point in the size format
* Add Sum to the aggregate and re-order the entries
* Add number of GC workers to the log output

I also added gigabyte conversion to proper_unit_for_byte_size() and 
byte_size_in_proper_unit(). I hope that makes sense. It is not strictly 
necessary for this change, but I think it makes sense. I'm fine with 
leaving it out or pushing it as a separate change.
