RFR (XS): 8066662: Fix include after 8065993: Merge OneContigSpaceCardGeneration with TenuredGeneration

once again, I have one of these small fixes.
Please review this change, and I please need a sponsor.

It would be great if the change could be pushed to hs-gc before 8065993 is
propagated to hs!
