As this test requires fastdebug build, here is update according to
latest changes to jtreg (@requires tag).
Also I've suggested patch to jtreg for support matching against regexp
patterns in @requires expressions (like "foo bar" ~= ".*bar") *(its
blocker for original tesbug now)
