JDK-8071931 and JDK-8047125 ?

Hello GC team  --

Is there a reason these aren't visible on OpenJDK's
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-$$ ?
I was following up on a JDK 8 related reference processing oddity and ran
into changes related to
these two tickets, but the tickets themselves aren't visible.  Is it
possible to make these visible, or
is that not possible?

Any pointers/comments appreciated!
