RFR(S): 8073850: Introduce needs_NMT_detail group in TEST.grouops file for jtreg execution

Dear All,

Please review small fix in TEST.groups file. We need to put together all 
tests that requires NMT details output.
All tests that contain in source "-XX:NativeMemoryTracking=detail" VM 
option added to newly created group: needs_NMT_detail.
