RFR(S): 8073850: Introduce needs_NMT_detail group in TEST.grouops file for jtreg execution

Hi,

The change looks good but I would prefer if it was possible to use the @requires 
tag or some other way to specify in the test that this test should not be run on 
a specific platform.

Anyway, this change will solve the immediate problem with NMT on embedded 
platforms for now I guess, so you have a go from me :)
