Last(?) push from hs-gc to hs

Hi,

As the GC and runtime repositories are merging into hs-rt this week, the push I 
will do tomorrow will be the last one from hs-gc.

As usual I would prefer to only push changes that has gone through at least one 
nightly test run. This means that any last changes for hs-gc will have to go in 
today, before the nightlies starts. I believe the nightlies starts at 3am CET 
(6pm PT).

After that, please reparent your repositories to hs-rt.
