[8u60] Request for backport approval: 8055416 Several vm/gc/heap/summary "After GC" events emitted for the same GC ID

Looks to me as the patch applied clean to 8u. You don't need a new review for a 
backport change that applies clean, but since I looked at it: Ship it!
