RFR (XXS): 8140583: Without PrintPLAB, there are superfluous newlines in the GC log messages

Hi all,

  can I have reviews for this simple change that fixes superfluous
newlines in the VM output?

This bug has been introduced by JDK-8139903.

This is a "trivial" fix, I will try to push this asap.
