RFR: 8153222: [TESTBUG] Move tests in stress/gc to gc/stress

Hi,

Could I have a couple of reviews for this small fix which moves the 
tests from stress/gc to gc/stress.

Now stress tests are in hotspot_gc group and excluded from 
hotspot_fast_gc_2 group.
